MSAFastDraft PRO

MSAFastDraft PRO is a software service developed specifically for Worker’s Comp and Personal Injury attorneys to process what are called “Set-Asides” for clients who have been permanently disabled. The same filing requirement to obtain approval from Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security will be required for personal injury attorneys as well and must be used and in practice by October 2011. MSAFastDraftPRO’s software service substantially simplifies and speeds up the Set-Aside process. The process requires inputs from other professionals including what is called A Special Needs Trust Specialist and a financial advisor to structure the “Set-Aside.” The author of this software service is Angelo Sevarino who is one of the top Worker’s Compensation lawyer experts in Set-Asides.
